For MySarma, I contributed to the design and development of the website, the redesign of the platform and mobile app. MySarma is the corporate welfare provider created to accompany small and medium-sized companies, their employees and their families in fully experiencing the benefits of work. What was most important to me from a communication point of view was to be able to make a little-known and little-discussed topic like corporate welfare easy and interesting to understand. The website in fact plays in this direction. The main tool for delivering welfare is the platform, which was developed according to user and business needs.
With the design of the platform and app came the need to redesign the information architecture, which in the old platform was inconsistent and redundant. After a research phase with our welfare experts and the users of the platform, we redefined the rules categorising welfare vouchers by introducing as a new feature the use of semantic filters that allowed users to move around the platform and search for exactly what they needed
Another key element in the redesign of the platform was the development of a well-structured Design System that would allow our development team to speed up and simplify their work. I therefore designed a dedicated library of Design Tokens in close collaboration with the front-end lead in order to make the hand-off as smooth as possible. Then the different components that made up the platform and mobile app were developed.
