iTrinus is an online platform designed to help apartment hosts efficiently manage their properties and access essential services like cleaning and maintenance. The platform addresses the common challenge hosts face when juggling multiple tools for bookings, property management, and finding reliable service providers. By integrating these functions into one seamless interface, iTrinus simplifies the entire management process, allowing hosts to focus on delivering a better experience for their guests while handling operational tasks with ease.
As a UX/UI Designer for iTrinus, I have worked on designing the MVP, with a focus on the landing page and the first login experience for hosts. My role includes conducting benchmark analysis, stakeholder interviews, and crafting intuitive user flows and information architecture to ensure a seamless initial interaction. I also develop a UI kit and detailed mockups to bring these core elements to life.
The target audience consists of apartment hosts who require an all-in-one solution to manage listings, bookings, and service providers. Interviews revealed that hosts prioritize ease of use, fast access to services, and a streamlined platform to manage their properties and related tasks.

Following an initial round of stakeholder interviews with apartment hosts, I designed a user flow tailored to their needs. The flow simplifies the onboarding process, starting from the landing page through to the first login, ensuring that hosts can quickly and easily set up their apartments and search for services.
Wireframes outline the layout for the landing page and first login experience, focusing on intuitive navigation. Key elements include the property management dashboard and service booking section, easily accessible from the main interface.
The mockups, built using the iTrinus UI kit, translate the wireframes into high-fidelity designs. The UI is clean and user-friendly, guiding hosts to the core functionalities—property management and service booking—while maintaining a cohesive, branded look.
